Backed by a consortium of strategic regional investors, the company is now actively raising a Seed round of up to USD $2 million to accelerate product development and go-to-market expansion across the region.

SimpleAI’s platform enables businesses and accounting practices to automate end-to-end finance workflows; from invoice processing and bookkeeping to full-cycle accounting operations, integrating seamlessly with leading platforms including Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, and Sage.

SimpleAI is purpose-built for the finance and accounting ecosystem. It operates through a unified dashboard powered by its core AI engine. On top of this engine sit modular solutions including Accounting Automation, Fund Accounting, AI Automation Layer, and Document Vault & Management. The founding team itself brings over 150+ years of combined experience across entrepreneurship, private equity, SaaS, accounting and technology. The company is APAC-first, with leadership that has built and exited ventures before.

SimpleAI has brought Otto Von Domingo on board as Chief Revenue Officer at a pivotal stage of its growth, especially as the company expands deeper into private markets. Otto brings over 20 years of hands-on leadership experience across private markets and corporate services, working closely with fund managers and multinational companies across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.
